The mission of Ophelia Inlet Products is to provide wholesome and delicious value-added seafood products to consumers. Additionally, our mission extends to support our local hard working commercial fishermen, who are wonderful folks and have been fishermen here for many generations dating back to the 1700’s. If we didn’t catch it locally here in eastern Carteret County, North Carolina (which isn’t likely), rest assured we will tell you where the seafood was caught!
It was Seafood Festival the first weekend in October!
We helped represent Carteret Catch at Jack’s on the Morehead City waterfront, serving free samples of Smoked Fish Dip (made with Jumping Mullets caught in the pristine water on the sandy bottom of Core Sound) on Saturday, Oct 05, 2024.
Current Events: We will prepare some of our Smoked Fish Dip on 19 Dec 2024, and it will be available for pickup Saturday at noon in the Carteret County courthouse parking lot. We won’t make much, so please call/text Craig at 252-714-6858 to let us know you are coming.
Our Storefront: The next chance to say “Hello” in person and buy Smoked Fish (and Smoked Fish Dip) will be at the Olde-Fashioned Holiday Market this upcoming April 2025 in Beaufort on the Courthouse parking lot.
